To us at Joe’s Bay, we believe that building homes is so much more than just a business transaction. We pride ourselves in building long-term relationships and trust between one another. Our clients are like family and make us the best that we can be.

Joe’s Bay Construction, LLC is comprised of a small group of craftsmen dedicated to building one house at a time that will stand the tests of time and weather. Influenced by the designs of Frank Lloyd Wright, the Green brothers, Bernard Maybeck and others, we constantly strive to build our projects so that they will compliment and enhance the natural surrounding.

Alternative Energy

Joe’s Bay Custom Homes has substantial alternative energy experience in projects incorporating hydronic heating, solar power and water heating
options.
